Our Vision

At Naina Foundation, we dream of a world where every kitchen returns to health — where refined sugar is replaced by natural jaggery (khaand), where white salt gives way to rock salt (sendha namak), and where refined oil is replaced by pure mustard oil and desi cow ghee.

We envision a world free from packaged, chemical-laden foods and fast food — no more pizzas, burgers, colas, and processed snacks silently making people sick. Instead, we want families to return to the traditional way of eating that has nourished generations for centuries.

We believe that knowing how to stay healthy every single day — through the right food, in tune with the seasons and one’s own body — matters far more than knowing what to do after falling sick. Prevention, not just cure, is our guiding philosophy.

Our vision extends beyond food. We dream of a world where:

Every hungry person is fed
No elderly person is ever forced to go to an old-age home — love within families remains so deep and strong that every elderly person is cared for at home, with dignity, till their last breath
Every child has access to nutritious food
The poor receive food and support without hesitation
Communities affected by disasters receive immediate relief and care
Every child receives true education — not just rote learning, but knowledge of life, science, and spirituality

Today’s education system largely trains children to memorize, while the deeper knowledge of life, science, and spirituality remains untouched. We want to change this.

Our vision, in essence: a world where people are healthy, educated, prosperous, spiritually connected, and united.

Our Mission

Our foremost mission is to establish a Gurukul — a unique educational institution unlike any other in the country — where Dhyan (meditation), Vigyan (science), and Nirmaan (creation/building) are taught together as one integrated path.

This Gurukul will be built on the following principles:

Practical-Based Education — Learning by doing, not just by reading.
Spirituality from Childhood — Spiritual awareness woven into daily learning from the earliest years.
The Art of Living — Teaching children not just subjects, but how to live a meaningful, balanced life.
Future-Ready Skills — Along with life skills, children will learn future-critical subjects like AI, Crypto, Blockchain, and other essential modern-day knowledge.
Learning Based on Understanding, Not Age — Children will be grouped and taught according to their intellectual readiness (buddhi), not merely their age.
Exams Only from Class 10 Onward — Before that, learning will be entirely practical and experience-based, free from the pressure of exams.
Specialized Teachers Across Every Field — Music, dance, Ayurveda, AI, and more — every field of knowledge will have dedicated expert teachers.
A Teacher-Student Ratio of 1:10 — Ensuring every child receives real attention and mentorship.
A Gurukul in Every District of India — At least one branch of this Gurukul in every district of the country, so that thousands upon thousands of children can benefit from this education.

Through this NGO, we aim to build not just a school, but a movement — one that raises a generation that is healthy, educated, prosperous, spiritually rooted, and united.

हमारा दृष्टिकोण (Vision)

नैना फाउंडेशन में हमारा सपना है कि हर घर की रसोई फिर से स्वस्थ बने — जहाँ सफेद चीनी की जगह प्राकृतिक खांड इस्तेमाल हो, सफेद नमक की जगह सेंधा नमक अपनाया जाए, और रिफाइंड तेल की जगह शुद्ध सरसों का तेल और देसी गाय का घी रसोई में वापस आए।

हम चाहते हैं कि हर घर से वो पैक्ड, केमिकल युक्त खाद्य पदार्थ और फास्ट फूड बाहर निकले जो चुपचाप हर इंसान को बीमार कर रहे हैं — पिज़्ज़ा, बर्गर, कोका-कोला जैसे प्रोसेस्ड खाद्य पदार्थ बंद हों, और लोग सदियों से चली आ रही पारंपरिक भोजन पद्धति की ओर लौटें।

हमारा मानना है कि बीमार होने के बाद क्या करना है, उससे कहीं ज़्यादा ज़रूरी है यह जानना कि रोज़मर्रा की ज़िंदगी में स्वस्थ कैसे रहा जाए — सही भोजन के साथ, मौसम और ऋतु के अनुसार। बीमारी के इलाज से ज़्यादा हमारा फोकस बीमारी की रोकथाम पर है।

हमारा दृष्टिकोण भोजन से आगे भी फैला हुआ है। हम एक ऐसी दुनिया का सपना देखते हैं जहाँ:

हर भूखे को भोजन मिले
किसी भी बुज़ुर्ग को वृद्ध आश्रम न जाना पड़े — परिवार में इतना गहरा और अटूट प्रेम बना रहे कि हर बुज़ुर्ग को घर पर ही, सम्मान के साथ, अंतिम सांस तक अपनों का साथ मिले
हर बच्चे को पौष्टिक भोजन उपलब्ध हो
ग़रीबों को बिना किसी हिचकिचाहट के भोजन और सहायता मिले
आपदाओं से प्रभावित लोगों को तुरंत राहत और सहायता मिले
हर बच्चे को सच्ची शिक्षा मिले — केवल रटी हुई जानकारी नहीं, बल्कि जीवन, विज्ञान और आध्यात्म का सच्चा ज्ञान

आज की शिक्षा व्यवस्था बच्चों को केवल रटना सिखाती है, जबकि जीवन, विज्ञान और आध्यात्म का गहरा ज्ञान कहीं दूर-दूर तक नहीं दिया जाता। हम इसे बदलना चाहते हैं।

संक्षेप में हमारा दृष्टिकोण: एक ऐसी दुनिया जहाँ लोग स्वस्थ हों, शिक्षित हों, धनवान हों, आध्यात्म से जुड़े हों, और एकता में हों।

हमारा मिशन (Mission)

हमारा सबसे पहला मिशन है — एक ऐसा गुरुकुल स्थापित करना जो देश का एकमात्र ऐसा शिक्षा संस्थान बने, जिसमें ध्यान, विज्ञान, और निर्माण को एक साथ, एकीकृत रूप से सिखाया जाए।

यह गुरुकुल निम्नलिखित सिद्धांतों पर आधारित होगा:

प्रैक्टिकल आधारित शिक्षा — केवल पढ़कर नहीं, बल्कि करके सीखना।
बचपन से आध्यात्म — शुरुआती वर्षों से ही रोज़मर्रा की शिक्षा में आध्यात्मिक जागरूकता को जोड़ना।
जीवन जीने की कला — बच्चों को सिर्फ़ विषय नहीं, बल्कि एक सार्थक और संतुलित जीवन जीने का तरीका सिखाना।
भविष्य के लिए तैयार कौशल — जीवन कौशल के साथ-साथ बच्चों को AI, क्रिप्टो, ब्लॉकचेन जैसी भविष्य के करियर के लिए ज़रूरी आधुनिक शिक्षा भी दी जाएगी।
उम्र नहीं, बुद्धि के अनुसार शिक्षा — बच्चों को उनकी उम्र के अनुसार नहीं, बल्कि उनकी बौद्धिक क्षमता के अनुसार समूहों में शिक्षा दी जाएगी।
परीक्षा केवल कक्षा 10 से — इससे पहले पूरी शिक्षा प्रैक्टिकल और अनुभव-आधारित होगी, परीक्षा के दबाव से मुक्त।
हर क्षेत्र के विशेषज्ञ शिक्षक — संगीत, नृत्य, आयुर्वेद, AI आदि — हर क्षेत्र के लिए समर्पित विशेषज्ञ शिक्षक उपलब्ध होंगे।
शिक्षक-छात्र अनुपात 1:10 — ताकि हर बच्चे को वास्तविक ध्यान और मार्गदर्शन मिल सके।
भारत के हर ज़िले में एक गुरुकुल शाखा — देश के हर ज़िले में कम से कम एक शाखा, ताकि हज़ारों-हज़ारों बच्चे इस शिक्षा का लाभ उठा सकें।

इस NGO के माध्यम से हम सिर्फ़ एक स्कूल नहीं, बल्कि एक आंदोलन खड़ा करना चाहते हैं — एक ऐसी पीढ़ी जो स्वस्थ हो, शिक्षित हो, धनवान हो, आध्यात्म से जुड़ी हो, और एकता में हो।
